Automation rules
- CONFIRMED BOOKING → creates “Cleaning – {Unit} – {Guest}” on check-out day.
- CANCELLED BOOKING → calendar event will not be created.
- REMINDER → notification scheduled 5 days before check-in (while page is open).
Google Calendar API settings (only set once)
